Our roots
Bourse was established more than 25 years ago and remains independent and locally owned. Our Board has a wealth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of services and this, together with our excellent team in-house, and the use of professional intermediaries, enables us to build long term relationships with the flexibility to move quickly with the ever-changing economic environment. Our independence means we can also work with clients’ own trusted professional advisors to tailor structures that integrate seamlessly into existing wealth planning arrangements.
We are experienced in working with individuals, families and corporates to provide bespoke services from the simplest arrangements to complex high net-worth structures.
Bourse and its subsidiaries are licensed to provide financial services by The Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Our proximity to the UK with regular flights to London means we are well placed to meet with our clients to ensure that we continue to provide the services they require.
The Bourse group of companies has been providing a range of financial services from our offices in St Peter Port, Guernsey since 1999 and is a leader in its chosen areas of speciality.

We do not believe in a revolving door. That is why our employees have an average tenure at the firm of 12 years and most of our senior employees have worked together for over a decade.
