A seasoned practitioner, Keren oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, guiding business strategy implementation and leading the team across various functions within the Trust sector.

Managing Director
Keren has in excess of 26 years of experience in the finance industry working for different Trust Companies in Guernsey, dealing with trust and corporate structures as well as Family Offices. Keren is a seasoned practitioner, with broad range of experience gained dealing with a variety of investment portfolios, properties and many luxury assets.
Keren holds an MSc in Corporate Governance, is a qualified Chartered Secretary and member of the Chartered Governance Institute of England and Wales. Keren joined Bourse in 2024, to take the role of Managing Director of Bourse Trust Company Limited.
In Keren’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her children, sea swimming and camping in Herm as well as travelling further afield.
